Procedure:

Local anaesthetic

Insert 8Fr sheath to dilate then upsize to 14Fr then to 18Fr

Insert Amplatz superstiff guidewire

Insert 23Fr Micra Sheath

Insert Agilis steerable catheter

Insert Snare system with fluoroscopy guidance, once caught pull out the system as one

Close access with Z-suture
