1      Ethilon 1-0 (for Z-suture)

For Edwards Evoque valve: (additional kits)

Agilis steerable guide catheter

6Fr JR4 guidecatheter (instead of diagnostic catheter)

Safari Wire (instead of Confida)

20ml 1% Lidocaine

20ml 0.5% Bupivacaine

10ml Heparin

1:1000 Adrenaline

Edwards S3 Sapien 29mm TAVI valve

BIG TROLLEY (VALVE CRIMPING): (inverted orientation. Skirt towards RA)

*valve to be crimped on the balloon directly, with only medium force applied on the crimper*

3-way tap

60mL luerlock syringe (for de-airing)

30mL luerlock syringe (for flushing)

Contrast 15mL/Saline 85mL

A pair of Scissor and forceps (borrow from small trolley)

2 Bowls of Saline for soaking valve (minimum of 1 minute each bowl)
