Cath Lab Game Privacy Policy

Cath Lab Game ("the app") is published by Golden Shutter Ltd for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
Cath Lab Game does not collect, store or share any personal data on our servers. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Progress stays on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple.
The app saves the following on your device only, using the standard iOS app storage:
your role choice and mute / settings preferences
shift and case progress, stars and badges
Skill Arcade and skill-minigame scores where the app keeps a local best
Codex tip cards you have collected
any other local unlocks needed to resume where you left off
This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
If you use iCloud or device backups, iOS may include this app data in your own backup. That is handled by Apple under your Apple account settings, not by us.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, health data, device identifiers, usage data or any other personal information. Game content is built into the app.
We do not collect crash data, and the app does not use third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising or tracking. It makes no network requests of its own other than Apple's App Store / StoreKit checks for purchases and restores.
Apple handles the 7-day free trial, Cath Lab Game Premium (monthly and annual) and the Lifetime unlock entirely through the App Store. Payment details are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We never see them. The app asks the App Store whether you have an active purchase so it can unlock content.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If the app opens a link (for example this privacy policy, support or the sister app Cath Lab 101), it opens in Safari or your browser. That website's own privacy and cookie policy then applies.
The app is intended for healthcare staff and students, and is not directed at children.
If you test a beta version through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share with us the feedback, screenshots and crash reports that you choose to send, along with your TestFlight email address. This is handled under Apple's TestFlight terms and is used only to fix problems in the app.
Cath Lab Game is an educational simulation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for your hospital's policies or supervised clinical training.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
