Cath Lab Legacy Privacy Policy

Published by Rodnie Oro

Cath Lab Legacy ("the app") is published by Rodnie Oro for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

The short version

Cath Lab Legacy does not collect, store or share any personal data on our servers. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising SDK in the current build, no analytics and no tracking. Progress stays on your device.

Information stored on your device

The app saves gameplay progress, settings (including music and sound), achievements, energy/gem balances and similar state in the standard iOS app storage on your device. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

If you use iCloud or device backups, iOS may include this app data in your own backup. That is handled by Apple under your Apple Account settings, not by us.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases and the Legacy Pass subscription are handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple processes your payment details under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your card details. The app only asks StoreKit whether you own a product or have an active subscription so it can unlock the matching features. Receipt validation stays on-device via StoreKit 2.

Rewarded ads (not active yet)

The codebase includes a stub for optional rewarded ads (for example, an energy refill you choose to watch). No advertising SDK is linked or active in the current build, so no ad identifiers are collected. If rewarded ads are turned on in a future version, this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version ships.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, health data, device identifiers, usage analytics or advertising identifiers in the current build.

Children

The app is a hospital-themed game intended for teens and adults interested in healthcare settings. It is not directed at children under 13.

TestFlight

If you test a beta through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share with us the feedback, screenshots and crash reports you choose to send, along with your TestFlight email. This is used only to fix problems.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. If we add advertising or analytics in a future version, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before that version ships.
