Pour is made by Rodnie Hurtada Oro, an independent developer based at Flat 104 Chenla Building, Conington Road, London SE13 7FE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: rodnieoro@gmail.com.
The short version. Pour doesn't collect any data about you. It has no account, no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking, and it doesn't connect to the internet. Everything stays on your phone.
What stays on your phone. Your progress, streaks, settings and finished paintings are saved only on your device, inside the app. Today's puzzle is worked out on your phone from the date, so it doesn't fetch anything from us. If "Share anonymous play stats" is on, Pour keeps a small log of game events on your device (for example "level won in 14 pours"). It contains no identifiers and isn't sent anywhere in this version. Turning the setting off deletes the log. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Sharing and saving your paintings. When you tap Share, Pour opens the iOS share sheet with your result text and/or a time-lapse GIF of your painting. It goes only to the app or person you pick, and that app's own privacy policy applies. We never receive it. When you tap Save, Pour adds the GIF to your photo library. iOS asks your permission the first time, and Pour asks only to add photos: it can't see, read or change anything already in your library. Copying a result puts the text on your clipboard, where you control what happens to it.
What we don't do. We don't use advertising, the advertising identifier or tracking. We don't use analytics or crash-reporting services. We don't create accounts, ask for your name, email or location, or sell or share data. Pour doesn't ask for tracking permission or ad consent because it doesn't track or show ads.
Children. Pour is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights. Because we don't hold personal data about you, there's normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete: your data is on your phone, under your control. You still have rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You can contact us at rodnieoro@gmail.com, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
Changes. If a future version changes any of this (for example adding optional ads or purchases), we'll update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
