1 Amplatz Super Stiff J-tip wire 0.035” x 260cm (Dr A Jain/ Dr A Bhan)

1 12Fr Mullins sheath

1 Delivery system (appropriate for ASD size choice)

1 500mL Saline bag

1 Spike

1 Backstop

1 Ethilon 1-0 Suture for closure (Z-suture)

1 10mL Heparin (10,000iu)

1 10ml Lidocaine 1%

1 Ultrasound probe cover

For sizing balloon:

PTS-X balloon (ask for appropriate size)

Contrast mixture: 30ml contrast/70ml saline

3 way tap

60ml luerlock syringe

30ml luerlock syringe

If needs stenting,

1 BIB balloon (75ml:25ml saline:contrast mixture)

(Orange- outer balloon - 20mL;

Indigo-inner balloon - 10mL;

Cyan - catheter - flushing)

2 3-way tap

3 10ml luerlock syringe

1 20ml luerlock syringe

1 Covered CP Stent (ask for appropriate size)

1 Mullins-X Balloon (ask for appropriate size) - for post dilatation
